Water-based lubricants

Water-based lubricants do not stain, are safe to use with latex and in combination with any methods of contraception and are unlikely to cause irritation. They can dry out during particularly long periods of sexual activity, in which case simply reactivate them by using a little water or saliva. Because of their versatility and effectiveness, most experienced couples prefer this kind of lubricant.
